Wellness is care of the body and mind, a chance to treat yourself and be pampered with relaxing massage and beauty treatments. Wellness center La Dolce Vita Open for our guests (over 18 years) from 15.30 to 19.30. You will find:

- Turkish bath to remove toxins

- Sport massage – €60 (50 min)
- Lymphatic drainage – €60,00 (50 min.)
Starting from the third massage you will get a 10% discount on all the treatments made.
YOGA
From June to September, the guests of the Hotel Le Balze can start the day by practicing yoga with a professional instructor! The lessons take place with a great view on the Lake Garda, right outside the hotel.
Program: Every Thursday and Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
The lessons are free of charge!
